Job Summary:
Seeking a compassionate and skilled GNA to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting. The GNA will float across various units, supporting clinical staff and ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with vital signs, phlebotomy, EKGs, and specimen collection to support patient diagnostics.
• Record intake and output, help with activities of daily living, and assist with ambulation and wheelchair transfers.
• Participate in invasive procedures such as PICC line insertions, supporting licensed professionals.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain accurate documentation throughout shifts.
• Provide emotional support and foster trust with patients, especially those in Long-Term Care and Memory Care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid MD CNA license and current BLS and AHA CPR certifications.
• Possess at least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting; 2 years preferred for HICU.
• Demonstrate proficiency in vital signs, phlebotomy, EKGs, and ADL assistance.
• Ability to float within multiple units and adapt to diverse patient needs.
• Exhibit strong organizational and communication skills, with a positive team attitude.
• Must be reliable with excellent attendance, punctuality, and adherence to strict policies.
