Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and assessment in a hospital setting. Responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate care while adhering to clinical protocols and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to abnormal findings.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Document patient data, assessments, and interventions accurately in electronic medical records.
• Educate patients and families on condition management and post-discharge care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Possess recent experience in telemetry or cardiovascular units.
• Demonstrate proficiency with cardiac monitoring equipment and interpretation.
• Maintain current certifications such as BLS and ACLS.
• Exhibit strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills.
