Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery RN Manager to oversee clinical operations during day shifts with some visibility into evening staffing. This exempt role offers a consistent 40-hour workweek, including weekend call every third weekend, with no overtime billing.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate nursing staff in the Labor and Delivery unit to ensure quality patient care.
• Oversee shift management, patient safety protocols, and compliance with hospital policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support labor, delivery, and postpartum services.
• Maintain clinical standards through staff education, performance evaluation, and process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid RN license in the practicing state.
• Have at least 10 years of leadership experience in a hospital setting.
• Hold BLS certification; NRP and Cerner experience are required.
• Demonstrate a strong background in Labor and Delivery nursing.
• Preferred certifications include national credentials in nursing administration or specialty areas.
