Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Wound Care RN to provide specialized wound management and patient care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing wound care protocols while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient wounds to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Administer wound care according to established protocols and documentation standards.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for consults and treatment adjustments.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive charting using Epic or equivalent EHR systems.
• Float to alternative facilities and units as needed to ensure consistent patient coverage.
• Comply with travel, licensure, and background screening requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid CA RN license and BLS certification.
• Certification in WOCN, CWOCN, CWON, or CWCN for at least 2 years.
• Minimum of 2 years of wound care experience in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in Epic or comparable electronic charting systems.
• Ability to pass background checks and provide a 7-year work history.
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of offer acceptance.
