Job Summary:
The Nurse Educator facilitates the ongoing professional development of nursing staff by designing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs. They serve as a clinical expert, ensuring staff competence, patient safety, and adherence to best practices across healthcare settings.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive educational curricula for nursing staff.
• Assess learning needs and identify gaps in clinical knowledge and skills.
• Mentor and support clinical educators and staff to promote professional growth.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care practices through education.
• Implement patient safety initiatives and integrate simulation-based learning when appropriate.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and update programs to align with clinical standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
• Possess at least 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Demonstrate expertise in educational theory and clinical practice.
• Experience in curriculum development, training delivery, and mentorship.
• Strong knowledge of patient safety protocols and healthcare simulation techniques.
