Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Registered Nurse (RN) for the Telemetry unit to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. This 13-week assignment offers an opportunity to work with a dedicated team and utilize advanced telemetry skills.

Responsibilities:

• Administer patient care efficiently while adhering to unit protocols and safety standards.
• Interpret and monitor cardiac rhythms using GE remote telemetry equipment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and update patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately in the Meditech electronic medical record system.
• Participate in shift huddles and bedside shift reports to ensure continuity of care.
• Respond promptly to monitor alarms and emergency situations as required.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or state of practice.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 1 year of critical care or telemetry experience.
• Proven ability to interpret cardiac rhythms confidently.
• Strong teamwork, organization, and communication skills.
• Leadership or charge nurse experience preferred.
