Job Summary:
Provide high-quality patient care in the telemetry unit, continuously monitoring cardiac patients and responding to their needs with clinical expertise. Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and maintain patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' conditions and establish individualized care plans.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to arrhythmias or emergencies.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience in telemetry or cardiac units preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac monitoring and emergency response procedures.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work 7p-7:30a shifts, including every other weekend and holiday.
