Job Details

Job Summary:
Provide occupational therapy services to patients on a 13-week contract, focusing on improving daily living and functional abilities. Ensure patient progress through personalized treatment plans and evidence-based therapy techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive needs to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patients’ independence and quality of life.
• Document patient progress and adjust therapies accordingly to meet evolving needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on techniques and activities for ongoing improvement.
• Comply with all safety standards and facility policies throughout therapy delivery.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active occupational therapist license in the practicing state.
• Possess at least a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Demonstrate recent experience providing inpatient or outpatient therapy services.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Maintain current CPR and BLS certifications.
