Job Summary:
Provides specialized rehabilitation nursing care to patients, focusing on restoring and improving patient functional abilities. Engages in patient assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration with healthcare teams to promote optimal recovery outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed treatments and medications in accordance with clinical protocols.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery processes and self-care techniques.
• Document patient condition, interventions, and progress accurately in medical records.

Qualifications:

• Possess at least one year of recent rehabilitation nursing experience.
• Hold an active RN license, pending state approval.
• BLS certification required.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and patient care skills.
• Ability to work night shifts and participate in travel assignments.
