Job Summary:
Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients within designated areas, ensuring optimal recovery and functional improvement. Evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans tailored to individual needs, in compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ conditions through comprehensive examinations and evaluations.
• Develop and modify treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical guidelines.
• Administer therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercises, and modalities.
• Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and plan adjustments accurately.
• Adhere to agency and regulatory protocols, including infection control and safety standards.
• Willingness to travel outside the primary service area and work weekends if necessary.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current California Physical Therapist license.
• Maintain CPR/BLS certification from an accredited provider.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and registration.
• Complete required immunizations including TB, MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDaP, Flu, and drug screening.
• Demonstrate ability to work with COVID+ and COVID PUI patients.
