Job Summary:
Seeking a Respiratory Therapist with strong adult and pediatric critical care experience to provide advanced respiratory services in a community hospital setting. The role involves managing complex airway and ventilation therapies, supporting emergency and ICU patients, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor respiratory treatments including nebulizers, CPT, high-flow oxygen, NIV, cough assist, IPV, and bronchoscopy.
• Assist with intubations, manage mechanical ventilation, and transport mechanically vented patients within the hospital.
• Perform ABGs, medication administration, airway management, and pulmonary toileting while maintaining patient safety and compliance.
• Document patient care accurately using Epic charting system.
• Support adult critical care, ER, and pediatric patients, demonstrating competency in pediatric respiratory therapies.
• Uphold hospital protocols and safety standards during emergency and routine respiratory procedures.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid NH state license and BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, CRTT, or RRT preferred.
• Bring at least 3-5 years of experience as a CRT or 1+ year as an RRT, with acute care and emergency setting background.
• Demonstrate proficiency in airway management, ventilator management, and ABG analysis.
• Experienced with Puritan Bennett, Draeger, Servo I, or LTV ventilator equipment.
• Skilled in pediatric and adult respiratory therapies, including nebulizer treatments and BiPAP/CPAP use.
• Capable of working night shifts, including every other weekend, and flexible to floating across units.
