Speech Language Pathologist TACT Staff is seeking a skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologistto join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologistyou will encompass responsibility for administering speech/language and dysphagia diagnostic and treatment services to patients and maintaining appropriate records. Position provides age specific direct patient care according to the department's scope of services and is responsible for observing and evaluating treatment effect and results and discuss them with the patient, family, team and management.
Responsibilities:
•Provide rehabilitative services to patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team
•Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings
•Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care for patients
•The Speech Language Pathologist in the acute care setting is responsible for administering speech/language and dysphagia diagnostic and treatment services to patients and maintaining appropriate records
•Position provides age specific direct patient care according to the department's scope of services and is responsible for observing and evaluating treatment effect and results and discuss them with the patient, family, team and management
Requirements: • Licensed Speech and Language Pathologist And Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Required
•Master's Degree Speech Language Pathology Required
• 2+ years of previous experience needed
