Licensed Master Social Worker
TACT Staff is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team! As an LMSW, you will be responsible for providing direct social work services to individuals, families, and groups in need. The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work with diverse populations, and have a strong understanding of evidence-based practice. Additionally, you must be able to work independently and as part of a team and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct social work services to individuals, families, and groups
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
• Provide crisis intervention and support
• Maintain accurate records and documentation requirements
• Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities
Requirements:
• Master's degree in social work from an accredited program
• Active licensure in the state you are applying to
• 1+ years of experience as an LMSW
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in the use of electronic medical records (EMR) software
• Knowledge of evidence-based practice and trauma-informed care
