Responsibilities:

  1. Hours/Shift/Days the temp is expected to work? 9-5, but there are time when it may need to adjust to 8-4

HR Front Desk Assistant assists with:

  • Day-to-day administrative operations of the HR Operations team
  • Provides reception and on-site support for the HR division
  • Assists with new employee onboarding, including new hire paperwork review, I-9 document collection and issue resolution from candidates.
  • Works closely with HR Operations Onboarding Coordinators to support Pre-Employment Processing efforts for all new hires.
  • Sorts HR mail and scans to appropriate parties

 

Performance Expectations:

· Manage all activities at the front reception desk for Human Resources (TAG, Benefits, L&OD, FMLA, Business Partners, etc. as needed)

· Greet all visitors in a respectful, courteous manner and focus on understanding and meeting their needs

Education Requirements:

 

  • High School Diploma / GED - 2-4 years of directly related experience
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred

 

Experience Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills
