Job Description

• Schedule appointments, reminder calls to patients.
•  Book and reschedule clinic appointments.
•  Answer customer inquiries regarding their clinic appointments.
• Must answer phones, utilize in-house pagers, make overhead announcements. Other assignment as necessary.
• Extensive phone experience and computer literate.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or Higher Education
• 1+ year experience
• Covid19 Vaccination Card
• Fluent in Spanish
