Job Summary:
The CST L&D Travel Nurse will provide specialized surgical support for labor, delivery, and postpartum units, delivering exceptional patient care during a 13-week assignment. This role demands a skilled professional capable of managing complex obstetric procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with labor and delivery procedures, including versions, C-sections, and vaginal assisted deliveries.
• Support postpartum care, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Operate and maintain obstetric equipment with accuracy.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement patient care plans.
• Document clinical activities accurately within EMR systems.
• Adhere to unit policies, safety protocols, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a minimum of 6 months current CST L&D experience.
• Maintain active BLS, NBSTA, and DORA certifications.
• Demonstrate proficiency in obstetric procedures and patient care.
• Exhibit flexibility, adaptability, and a collaborative attitude.
• Preference given to candidates with LDRP and postpartum experience.
• Possess strong communication and team coordination skills.
