Job Summary:
Seeking a highly experienced CST for travel assignment in Labor & Delivery at a busy, modern unit. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with advanced equipment and a skilled team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive surgical assistance and support during labor, delivery, and postpartum procedures.
• Maintain strict adherence to patient safety and infection control protocols.
• Operate and troubleshoot medical equipment, ensuring proper functionality throughout shifts.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver optimal patient care and support patient needs.
• Document clinical activities accurately and efficiently within the EMR system.
• Assist with emergent and scheduled procedures, including C-sections and vaginal assisted deliveries.

Qualifications:

• Hold active NBSTA and DORA certifications.
• Minimum of 6 months current CST L&D experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in handling labor, delivery, and postpartum procedures.
• Possess BLS certification.
• Preferred: LDRP and postpartum experience, plus familiarity with Beacon EMR, CPN, and Meditech.
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
