Job Summary:
Experienced Dialysis Technicians are needed to provide high-quality care to dialysis patients at multiple clinics in the greater Seattle area. The role involves supporting patient treatment protocols and ensuring compliance with safety standards under the supervision of a Registered Staff Nurse.

Responsibilities:

• Perform dialysis treatments for patients following established protocols and guidelines.
• Monitor patient condition during dialysis sessions, reporting any adverse reactions or concerns.
• Maintain and calibrate dialysis equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
• Adhere to infection control procedures and ensure a sterile environment during all patient interactions.
• Document patient care activities, treatment details, and equipment maintenance accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care.

Qualifications:

• Hold current CHT or CCHT certification.
• Possess a valid Washington State MA-HT certification or be able to obtain one.
• Maintain current CPR and BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Demonstrate previous dialysis experience in a clinical setting.
• Exhibit knowledge of renal therapy procedures and patient safety protocols.
