Job Summary:
The Registered Staff Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care across various clinical settings, focusing on assessment, care planning, and delivery while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The role involves supporting patients throughout their life span and ensuring adherence to established standards of nursing practice.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ conditions through thorough assessment and nursing diagnosis.
• Develop, revise, and implement individualized care plans aligned with patient needs.
• Delegate appropriate activities to other healthcare team members while maintaining accountability.
• Coordinate care among disciplines to ensure seamless delivery and optimal outcomes.
• Participate in decision-making processes and contribute to improving practice standards and patient safety.
• Maintain compliance with clinical protocols, documentation, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of critical care experience in ED or ICU settings.
• Valid state RN license with current BLS and ACLS certification (AHA or ARC).
• Documented experience with adult patient populations within a high-acuity environment.
• Epic Electronic Health Record experience preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to adapt to unit-specific protocols.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership qualities.
