Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The RN will be responsible for delivering rapid, effective treatment to patients requiring emergency services.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions promptly upon arrival and prioritize care based on severity.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and safety protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond swiftly to changes.
• Document patient progress, interventions, and outcomes accurately in medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Adhere to all hospital policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license with current certification.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in emergency nursing.
• Maintain active AHA BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
