Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Medical Surgical / LPNIV Certified nurse for night shifts at a Level I Trauma Center. The ideal candidate will have recent, relevant hospital experience and be prepared to handle team nursing ratios with support staff.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality bedside care to surgical and trauma patients in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including PCCs and RNs, to coordinate patient treatment plans.
• Accurately assess, document, and report patient status, ensuring compliance with hospital and industry standards.
• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols and safety procedures.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations as they arise.
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control policies and patient confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Valid LPNIV certification and active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years recent hospital experience, with 3+ preferred, in a Level I Trauma or similar high-acuity setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in medical-surgical nursing, trauma, and team-based care.
• Proven ability to handle complex patient scenarios and fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• BLS certification required; other certifications as applicable.
