Job Summary:
Provide specialized physical therapy assistance to patients under the supervision of licensed therapists in a healthcare setting. Support patient recovery and rehabilitation through the implementation of prescribed treatment plans and therapeutic exercises.

Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed physical therapists in evaluating patient progress and implementing treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic exercises and interventions based on patient needs and therapist instructions.
• Monitor patient responses to treatments and document progress accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, ensuring equipment and treatment areas are properly sanitized.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and care instructions to promote recovery.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license.
• Possess a minimum of 1-year experience in a clinical outpatient or inpatient setting preferred.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple patient cases efficiently.
