Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced LTAC Registered Nurse for night shifts specializing in neuro care with 2+ years of MS/TELE experience. The role involves working in a long-term acute care setting, providing critical patient management and specialized neuro nursing.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to neuro and MS/TELE patients in a LTAC environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and respond to emergent situations during night shifts.
• Document patient progress accurately in EMR systems, including Epic.
• Support patient and family education on care procedures and post-discharge instructions.
• Participate in on-call duties and provide coverage during scheduled hours and weekends.

Qualifications:

• Hold valid RN licensure with at least 2 years of recent MS/TELE experience.
• Demonstrate at least 1 year of recent neuro nursing experience.
• Possess ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications.
• Be proficient in Epic EMR with a strong understanding of adult neuro and critical care.
• Be willing to work night shifts, including weekends, and participate in rotating on-call duties.
• Able to demonstrate competencies in neuro and long-term acute care nursing practices.
