Job Summary:
Seek a dedicated Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to mothers and newborns during the night shift. The role involves supporting patients through childbirth and postpartum recovery in a fast-paced, compassionate environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess maternal and fetal conditions to ensure safety and well-being.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor labor progress, vital signs, and fetal heart rates continuously.
• Educate and support patients and their families throughout labor and delivery.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient care accurately and maintain comprehensive medical records.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience in Labor and Delivery nursing, preferably with recent night shift coverage.
• Strong knowledge of obstetric procedures, fetal monitoring, and postpartum care.
• Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• BLS and NRP certification required.
