Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to support various complex surgical procedures, including general, orthopedic, gynecologic, and robotic surgeries. The role involves providing vital assistance in a high-volume surgical environment to ensure patient safety and procedural efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms with sterile equipment and surgical supplies prior to procedures.
• Assist surgeons during surgeries by passing instruments, sutures, and other sterile items.
• Maintain strict adherence to sterile techniques and infection control protocols.
• Ensure all surgical instruments and supplies are properly sterilized and accounted for.
• Document surgical procedures accurately in accordance with established policies.
• Support the surgical team in managing patient positioning and specimen handling.

Qualifications:

• Possess at least 1 year of recent surgical technologist experience in a hospital or outpatient setting.
• Hold BLS certification and current CST or NBSTSA credentials.
• Demonstrate proficiency in assisting with a wide range of procedures including orthopedic, gynecologic, and robotic surgeries.
• Exhibit strong knowledge of sterile technique, surgical instrumentation, and patient safety practices.
• Maintain compliance with travel policies and ability to work day shifts (5x8 hours).
• Ability to adapt swiftly to dynamic surgical environments and collaborate effectively with surgical teams.
