Job Summary:
Seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide specialized care in a pediatric and NICU setting. The role involves night shift work, requiring clinical expertise and flexibility to meet patient needs on a 3x12 schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver respiratory care and procedures to neonatal and pediatric patients following established protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
• Monitor patient responses to therapies, adjusting treatments as necessary for optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation on Epic charting system.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, vaccination, and fingerprinting requirements prior to start date.
• Work holiday shifts and fulfill travel requirements, including mandatory fingerprinting and lab work.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Minnesota RRT license; pending licenses accepted with a start date requirement.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of related clinical experience, preferably NICU/Pediatric.
• Be willing to work 3x12 night shifts and weekends on a six-week schedule.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Epic EMR system and pediatric respiratory protocols.
• Hold current certifications including NRP, PALS, and ACLS.
• Be prepared to work as a travel Respiratory Therapist located at least 25 miles from the facility.
