Job Summary:
Full-time Surgical Technologist (CST) with active Colorado DORA licensure needed to join the OR team at a Level III trauma center. This role involves supporting a variety of surgical specialties in a state-of-the-art facility.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms with sterile supplies and equipment for surgical procedures.
• Assist surgeons and surgical team members during operations by passing instruments and supplies.
• Maintain strict adherence to sterile techniques and safety protocols.
• Support patient positioning and setup according to surgical requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation and handling of surgical instruments and tools.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient surgical workflows.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid CO Surgical Tech (CST) license issued by DORA.
• Graduate from an accredited surgical technologist program.
• Possess certification from NBSTSA, AST, or NCCT in surgical technology.
• Demonstrate experience with orthopedics, neuro/spine, robotics, urology, GYN, ENT, and plastics.
• Maintain BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
