Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with Labor and Delivery expertise to provide patient care in a fast-paced environment. The RN will be responsible for delivering quality maternal and newborn care according to clinical standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care for laboring mothers and newborns, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs, documenting findings accurately.
• Assist with labor processes, including preparation for delivery and postpartum care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on childbirth, recovery, and postpartum procedures.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license, preferably with current state licensure.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of labor and delivery nursing experience.
• Certified in NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) and EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring).
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills in obstetric care and neonatal resuscitation.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including weekends.
• Capable of floating between units or facilities as needed.
