Job Summary:
The Physical Therapy Assistant supports patient recovery through implementing individualized therapy plans under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. This role involves assisting with patient assessments, therapeutic exercises, and treatment procedures to promote optimal functional outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting patient assessments and implementing prescribed treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities according to established protocols.
• Document patient progress and medical records accurately and in a timely manner.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with the physical therapy team to modify treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Proven experience working with diverse patient populations in a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques, modalities, and patient safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare team members.
