Job Summary:
Provides comprehensive medical-surgical nursing care for acutely ill adult patients, ensuring highest standards of professional treatment. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient outcomes and supports patient recovery through skilled care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop tailored care plans to meet individual needs.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond swiftly to changes in status.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge instructions.
• Document care provided accurately and maintain detailed patient records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

Qualifications:

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required.
• Healthcare Provider Level AHA BLS certification required.
• NIHSS certification required.
• Proven experience in a Medical Surgical unit preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
