Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Registered Nurses for our Emergency Department to provide comprehensive patient care across multiple units, including ED, Fast Track, and Observation. Candidates must demonstrate adaptability to dynamic clinical environments and rotation requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and initiate patient care plans efficiently in a fast-paced ED setting.
• Rotate regularly through ED beds, Fast Track, Observation Unit, Triage, and Screening areas to meet patient needs.
• Assist with Covid testing, immunizations, and other public health initiatives as assigned.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Respond promptly to patient calls, monitor vital signs, and provide life-saving interventions as necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all safety and regulatory protocols.

Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of two years recent RN experience in an emergency or acute care setting.
• Hold current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS or ENPC certifications.
• Obtain and maintain TNCC and conscious sedation certifications (facility-issued, approx. $105 fee).
• Demonstrate flexibility in shift assignments, including day shifts and potential float responsibilities.
• Possess strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to adapt to changing patient volumes.
