Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, acute setting. This role requires a dedicated professional with a minimum of two years of experience and relevant certifications to ensure optimal maternal and neonatal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive nursing care to patients in labor, delivery, and postpartum phases.
• Monitor fetal and maternal vital signs, making necessary adjustments to care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress, procedures, and treatments accurately in Epic charting system.
• Educate patients and families on labor, delivery processes, and postpartum care.
• Adhere to clinical protocols, safety standards, and compliance regulations throughout all patient interactions.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery or maternal-newborn nursing.
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced).
• Demonstrate proficiency in Epic documentation and obstetric care procedures.
• Ability to effectively communicate with multidisciplinary teams and patients.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
