Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide specialized care in the Stepdown unit, supporting patients with complex medical needs. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal patient outcomes through meticulous nursing practices and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient conditions and create individualized care plans tailored to their specific needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and compliance with protocols.
• Monitor vital signs and medical equipment, promptly identifying any changes in patient status.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and implement treatment strategies.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care instructions.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and patient advocacy abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
