Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a Medical Surgical unit, ensuring high standards of patient safety and comfort. Utilize clinical expertise to monitor, assess, and implement treatment plans effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, procedures, and post-discharge care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans.
• Document patient information in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Ensure infection control and safety protocols are consistently followed.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with state board approval.
• Proven experience in a Medical-Surgical setting.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and patient management abilities.
• Certification in basic life support (BLS); ACLS preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
