Job Summary:
Provide occupational therapy assistance to patients under the supervision of a licensed therapist, helping them develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working. Ensure compassionate, patient-centered care within a dynamic clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

• Support licensed occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Assist patients with therapeutic activities, exercises, and functional tasks.
• Document patient progress and report observations to the supervising therapist.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and clinical guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with patients and team members to facilitate optimal care.

Qualifications:

• Certification or licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Proven experience supporting occupational therapy services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate compassionate patient care and attention to detail.
