Job Summary:
Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with physician orders and industry standards. Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy to support recovery and improve function.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients to determine their occupational therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic activities and interventions designed to promote patient recovery and enhance daily living skills.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Educate patients and family members on therapeutic exercises and strategies for continued progress outside of sessions.

Qualifications:

• Valid license or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
• Proven experience providing occupational therapy services in a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
