Job Summary:
Provide essential patient care within a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting as a Certified Nursing Assistant. This role supports clinical staff in maintaining quality resident care and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations accurately.
• Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring proper documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members regarding care needs.

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing.
• Proven experience working in LTC/SNF environments preferred.
• Ability to comply with facility identification and badge policies.
• Willingness to adhere to infection control protocols, including COVID-19 vaccination requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
