Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive care in a Long-Term Care/SNF setting on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality patient care while adhering to facility policies and state regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to care plans.
• Monitor and assess patient health status, reporting changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care strategies.
• Document patient care activities thoroughly and promptly in electronic health records.
• Follow infection control protocols, including COVID-19 vaccination requirements and safety measures.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility-specific guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the appropriate state.
• Proven clinical experience in LTC/SNF environments preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Willingness to comply with vaccination requirements or provide valid exemptions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and handle multiple priorities.
