Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for weekend night shifts in Pediatric Intensive Care Units (PICU). This role involves floating between ICUs and general care areas on a flexible, weekend-night schedule, providing critical care to pediatric patients.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality patient care to pediatric ICU patients, including those on servo vents, pressors, and medications.
• Monitor and respond to patient conditions, utilizing clinical judgment and ICU protocols.
• Administer medications, conduct assessments, and manage IV drips and ventilators.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR and adhere to hospital compliance standards.
• Follow all safety, infection control, and nicotine-free campus policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license in hand at the time of submittal.
• Possess PALS certification (AHA only).
• Demonstrate experience with ICU patient care, preferably in PICU settings.
• Be able to pass a med pass/fail test and meet all compliance documentation deadlines.
• Exhibit strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Optional but preferred: BSN, Epic EMR experience.
