Job Summary:
An experienced OR RN is needed to provide specialized surgical nursing care within the operating room environment. This role involves supporting pediatric and women’s surgery procedures during overnight shifts with on-call requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Administer perioperative nursing care, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout surgical procedures.
• Assist surgeons and clinical staff with instrument handling, sterile techniques, and procedure setup.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergencies efficiently during operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information, procedures, and outcomes.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including radiation badge compliance and certification requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient workflow and patient care delivery.

Qualifications:

• Hold an SC or Compact Nursing License and BLS certification.
• Possess at least 2 years of experience in pediatric or women’s surgery settings.
• Have a minimum of 2 traveler contract experiences in a similar role.
• Demonstrate prior experience working night shifts, including weekends, with on-call availability.
• Display strong clinical skills in perioperative care and emergency response.
• Be willing to complete provided radiation badge and meet compliance standards.
