Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities. This role involves assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal resident outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
• Monitor residents' health status and respond promptly to changes or emergencies.
• Document care provided and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and quality patient care.
• Adhere to facility policies, including COVID-19 vaccination and identification requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid state or federal nursing license.
• Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Comply with vaccination requirements or provide valid exemptions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
