Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist will assess, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans for patients to improve mobility and manage pain. Collaborating with healthcare teams, they will deliver quality rehabilitative care in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop tailored therapy programs.
• Administer treatments using therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Document patient assessments and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and injury prevention strategies.
• Comply with all licensing, safety, and documentation standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active state license in physical therapy.
• Demonstrate previous experience in outpatient or clinical rehabilitation settings.
• Possess strong patient assessment and communication skills.
• Accumulate relevant certifications, such as CPR and First Aid.
• Be able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Show adaptability to varying patient needs and clinical environments.
