Job Summary:
Provides comprehensive support in human resources functions, including employee communication, leave management, and recordkeeping. Serves as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding employment verification, benefits, and leave requests.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to all incoming inquiries via telephone and in person, offering courteous assistance and directing calls or visitors to the appropriate personnel.
• Process and verify employee leave of absence requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in documentation and communication.
• Review and maintain employee leave files, updating status reports and tracking leave progress and related payments.
• Complete and submit various disability claim forms and related documentation for employees on leave.
• Generate and maintain employment-related reports and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all communication.
• Inform managers of leave approvals, extensions, and recertifications, providing guidance on leave policies and benefit use.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in HR or benefits administration preferred.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in recordkeeping and report generation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
