Seeking a Sterile Processing Tech to provide efficient sterilization services within a healthcare facility. The role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety to support clinical operations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate sterilization equipment to process surgical instruments and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of sterilization procedures and equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to meet instrument turnaround times.
• Adhere to certification and licensing requirements for all procedures.
• Complete required training modules during orientation to stay updated on protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid CA State License as a Sterile Processing Tech or equivalent certification.
• BLS certification required; AHA or ARC certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sterile processing or central sterile services.
• Ability to follow strict safety and infection control procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Capability to work evening shifts with weekend availability.
