Job Summary:
Provide high-quality patient care within the IMC/PCU/Stepdown unit on a per diem basis, supporting clinical operations as needed. This role requires flexibility to cover shifts and ensure patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to established clinical protocols and healthcare standards.
• Monitor patient conditions regularly and respond promptly to changes.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately as ordered.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient information thoroughly and maintain compliance profiles.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with current state licensure.
• Minimum compliance requirements met prior to start; full compliance profile completed within two weeks.
• Prior experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule and work independently.
