Job Summary:
Provides critical nursing care to ICU patients on a per diem basis, ensuring immediate response to patient needs within a 12-hour shift. This role supports ongoing care delivery in a fast-paced critical care environment on a short-term contractual basis.

Responsibilities:

• Administer advanced nursing interventions and monitor vital signs for critically ill patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in compliance with healthcare standards.
• Ensure all compliance requirements are met prior to the start, including completing the full compliance profile within two weeks of start date.
• Respond quickly to ICU emergencies and adapt to high-pressure situations.
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Minimum of one year of ICU experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently in a critical care setting.
• Knowledge of ICU procedures, protocols, and advanced patient monitoring techniques.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to meet minimal compliance requirements within specified time frames.
