Job Summary:
Provide essential physical therapy support to patients under the supervision of a licensed therapist. Assist in implementing treatment plans and helping patients achieve their rehab goals efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Support licensed physical therapists in administering treatments and therapy sessions.
• Prepare treatment areas and ensure all necessary equipment is ready for use.
• Monitor patient progress and report observations to supervising therapists.
• Educate patients on exercises, routines, and at-home care procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatment and progress notes.
• Comply with facility policies, including wearing photo badges and carrying valid identification.

Qualifications:

• Certified or licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in good standing.
• Proven experience supporting physical therapy procedures and patient care.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with patients and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and document outcomes accurately.
• Knowledge of safety protocols, including infection control and patient handling.
