Job Summary:


Seeking a Registered Nurse with a strong critical care background to provide specialized patient care in a high-acuity setting. Candidates without open heart experience are encouraged to apply and will be assigned appropriate shifts.



Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive critical care nursing to critically ill patients in intensive care units.
  
• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans accordingly.
  
• Monitor vital signs and utilize advanced equipment to track patient progress.
  
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
  
• Document patient responses and update medical records accurately.
  
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-discharge care.
  
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
• Hold an active registered nurse license.
  
• Possess recent critical care or ICU nursing experience.
  
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
  
• Show proficiency in using ICU-specific monitoring and life support equipment.
  
• Be adaptable to assignments without open heart experience, with the ability to learn and grow.
