Job Summary:
Seeking a licensed Inpatient Physical Therapist for a 20-week assignment to provide comprehensive rehabilitative care across various clinical settings. The role involves managing a diverse patient caseload in a fast-paced inpatient environment with a focus on orthopedic, ICU, general medicine, and oncology cases.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for inpatient patients.
• Administer therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and functional improvement.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately.
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations, including late-night shifts once a month.

Qualifications:

• Possess at least 2 years of inpatient physical therapy experience.
• Have prior travel therapy experience preferred.
• Demonstrate competence in orthopedic, ICU, medical, and oncology rehabilitation.
• Hold valid licensure in Connecticut (CT), with license activation required prior to start date.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding clinical environment.
