Job Details

Job Summary:
The CT Technologist is responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography (CT) technology. They work primarily during evening shifts with flexibility for on-call weekends and holidays, supporting critical staffing needs as required.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain CT imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
• Follow established safety protocols to ensure patient and staff safety during procedures.
• Correctly position patients and explain procedures to ensure comfort and cooperation.
• Document patient data and imaging information accurately in medical records.
• Assist with emergency or urgent imaging needs, including on-call situations.
• Adhere to infection control and infection prevention standards during all procedures.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active ARRT certification in CT.
• Possess current state licensure or registration as required.
• Demonstrate proficiency in operating CT imaging equipment and technology.
• Exhibit excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Maintain flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
